We have nicknamed phase five “Find Your Magic”. Phase five represents the final weeks leading into your “A” race. In this phase, you will find the specific movements and loads that culminate in exceptional performance. Based upon the first four phases, you should have some favorite movements that you will choose for phase five. Listed here are two suggested workouts based upon years of experience and feedback from some from some of the fastest competitors in swim, bike and run. This list includes world class open-water swimmers, cyclists (including cyclocross), runners, and of course, triathletes.
